Jared's Summer

My Summer
My Summer was better than excpected to be honest, the main part of my holiday was going out with my friends and playing basketball. In my 1st month of the holidays i caught up with sleep that  i had missed out on during the academic year due to late night studies and work.

In the summer my friends and i went to see a few late films that were being screened. The film i watched was "The Dark Knight Rises" The final Batman in the Batman series. the movie was interesting as i related alot on pass fillm "Batman Begins" and "Batman The Dark Knight." The movie also has the comic book favorite Robin also known in the movie as "Blake" along with the plots and twist in the movie i can see why it is regarded as one of the 5 star Films of the Summer.
The Second film i saw was called "Think Like A Man" this film was a romantic comedy starring the likes of Kevin Hart, Terrance J, Gabrielle Union, Megan Good and many more. The film was based on a real life book published by famous comedian Steve Harvey. The book was made to help women protect them self from different types of me in todays society but portrayed in a exaggerated fashion to produce humour and a helpful insight not only to women but men.
The last film i saw was "Expanderbales 2" this was a high impact American film featuring many action movie stars such as Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Chuck Norris, Randy Couture, Terry Crews, Liam Hemsworth, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Bruce Willis, and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

During My Summer  mixtapes were published more this year, but my favorite album had to be from Timothy McKenzie aka Labrinth who debuted "Electronic Earth" his album consist of  top 10 single such as "Earthquakes", "Last Time" "Treatment" "Express Yourself" and "Let The Sun Shine." this was my favorite album beacause it had a nice vibe to it and was quite up beat throughout the whole album.
If i had to choose a second it would have to be Chiddy Bang because i have always liked the dynamic duo from when they burst on the scence in late 2009/10 and i have been begin that they relese a album instead of leaving me to download multiple of single made by The artist.

During this summer i managed to stumble across a interesting website called Spotify Which is a a music website that keeps you updated on the latest things in the music industry and what certain are producing and a little bit of history for some viewers.
